Meditation
Small meditation groups run on a term by term basis. Individual guided meditations are available upon request. Different styles of meditation may be used according to the needs of the group/individual; for example, chakra balancing, centering exercise, inner child, connecting to your higher self, breath awareness and progressive relaxation.
Meditation groups run on Thursdays 7.30pm – 9.00 pm during school terms.
Group Sessions – Murrumbeena
- 90 minutes ¦ $20 (includes light refreshments)
Individual Sessions – available upon request
