Policies and Client Expectations

  • The facilitator or beauty therapist retains the right to refuse service to any suspicious persons, those appearing to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, or those appearing to have signs and symptoms of any illness or disorder that may contraindicate the treatment to be given. Please be respectful of the health of others and reschedule if you are sick or have knowingly been in contact with any contagious conditions!
  • Clients must give at least 48 hours notice of appointment cancellation and/or changes in desired service(s) in order to avoid a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service amount at the discretion of the facilitator or beauty therapist. Please notify the facilitator or beauty therapist with full and honest disclosure as far in advance as possible when needing to change or cancel appointments. Confirmation texts or calls from the facilitator or beauty therapist are NOT required, but are provided as a courtesy when time allows. Clients are expected to attend their appointments regardless of confirmation from the facilitator or beauty therapist. Please properly record your appointments on your calendar(s) upon scheduling, and feel free to verify with the facilitator or beauty therapist at any time. Last minute meetings, travel plans, work/school functions, etc. will not necessarily be exceptions from the cancellation fee. Please plan accordingly.
  • No-Show clients, clients cancelling less than 48 hours before their appointment, and clients cancelling more than two consecutive times without sufficient notice may be billed for the entire service and/or required to pre-pay in order to be rescheduled.
  • Arriving late for an appointment may result in a shorter session at full-price.
  • Payments are preferred in cash. If using a Gift Certificate, proof of certificate must be shown at time of service. The facilitator or beauty therapist is not obligated to keep record of all gift certificates.
  • Full payment is always due at the time of service and client must verify that they have the proper amount of payment before the service begins.  All fees are subject to change.  Client should always verify prices before beginning a service. Failure to pay in full may result in legal charges and unpaid balances will be sent to collections.
  • All services and products purchased, including gift certificates, are non-exchangeable & non-refundable. One free product sample of Renu 28 Redox Revitalizing Gel is available, per customer.  Additional samples may be purchased for an $8 per sample fee.
  • Minors under the age of 18 receiving a service must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.  No children are otherwise allowed during treatment sessions. The facilitator or beauty therapist has a valid Working with Children Check.
  • Clients take responsibility to make their session as relaxing as possible by turning off mobile phones and any other electronic devices. Clients must inform the facilitator or beauty therapist of any special accommodations needed, clarifying all questions and concerns.
  • Clients should arrive hygienically prepared for their session. It is preferable make up is removed prior to attending a facial appointment.
  • All clients must complete and sign all required forms before services can begin.
  • All clients must inform the facilitator or beauty therapist at the start of every visit if they are under any new prescribed medical or over-the-counter oral or topical treatments, or have been diagnosed with any new illnesses or injuries.
  • Clients should agree to follow facilitator or beauty therapist’s recommendations for post-session care to achieve the best results.
  • The facilitator or beauty therapist is not responsible for lost items or items left behind.
  • Any sexual advances, sounds, comments or innuendos, or rude or violent behaviour will result in immediate dismissal and will be reported to legal authorities.
